  • No Refunds for Consumed Food: Once food has been delivered and consumed, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Custom Orders: All online orders are made-to-order and customized based on the specific instructions you provide. Once your order is processed and preparation begins, it cannot be canceled.

  • No Cancellations After Cooking Starts: If your order has already entered the preparation stage or has been cooked, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our end (e.g., missing item, incorrect preparation), please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order so we can address the concern promptly.
